Before laying your floor or carpet, we apply a specialized protective sealer that eliminates moisture and odors from concrete, blocks efflorescence (saltpeter) from lifting, and eradicates crawling insects by trapping and drying them upon contact. This same sealer protects wood floors from rot in case of water exposure, buying critical time for remediation by preventing immediate penetration.
